Missed appointments (DNA – Did not attend)

Missed appointments are not acceptable as the surgery has the functionality for patients to check, amend and cancel appointments 24/7 using the automated telephone system. The surgery also offers patients the opportunity to register to use the online functionality which allows you to book appointments, order medication, view your vaccinations and immunisations and certain parts of your medical record. All you need to do is register bringing 1 form of ID to prove who you are, the reception team will print you your details, this will have all the information on for you to register in the comfort of your own home.
If you miss 3 appointments we will have no option but to ask you to leave our practice and register at another practice in the area.
