A video has been produced nationally to highlight the abuse the practice team have to endure on a daily basis. We have noticed that the abuse has risen over the last year and we wanted to share the link with patients.
The surgery does have a ‘Zero Tolerance Policy’ which we will implement when needed. We know that this last year has been difficult for all patients but please be mindful that the staff at the surgery are also patients at other practices.
